In the event of a Canada Post service disruption, some items like billing statements, premium and claim payments can be impacted. Avoid disruptions by using my-benefits®! If you are not set up, you can do so by going to my-benefits.ca.

Firms, sign up for pre-authorized payment, add new employees and submit any change requests. Employees, submit claims and have payments directly deposited to your bank account. Or download the my-benefits app and submit claims from your mobile devices.
